Our main product is fresh, white, non-sweet corn complete with green, fresh husks. We also offer degrained kernels (fresh or frozen), huitlacoche and blue corn.

From August to October each year Eloteshop offers you fresh corn, just like you remember from back home. This is the way corn should be, richly flavorful, not sweet, ready for all your traditional recipes. This is the corn born in Latin-America, the corn that nourishes, the corn the rest of the world eats.

Our elotes are grown by us in the Midwest so you get them fresh; from farm to plate in quick time and low miles.
